Paint, rock & cabinets

Progress is looking good, will easily finish all of the trim work this week, cabinets are installed and ready for templating the counter tops today.  The decorative rock work is finished.  We will focus on flooring, tile, fixtures and final paint over the nest few weeks.

The push is on

Due to a personal injury this blogs pot was neglected for nearly 7 weeks however the job site continued to run full force.  The crews on site completed the vinyl deck surface, lower concrete patio, exterior stairs, exposed aggregate front steps and driveway.  The retaining wall on the south side of the home was also completed.  On the interior the electrical, insulation and drywall was completed and all inspections by the City of Kelowna and New Home Warranty passed with no issues.  The painters have completed the prime coat and second coat. Stair railings were installed, interior doors and trim work has been started and is expected to be completed about August 20th.  Between now and August 20 we will also complete the exterior cladding, rock work,deck railing, rain gutters, garage doors, exterior painting.  This will leave us roughly 5 weeks for flooring, cabinet work and final trim work.
