Progress is still looking good for possession on Sept 30th. Painters are done in the basement and flooring will start in the basement on Tuesday September 8. As the painters continue to work on the upstairs the the flooring will follow. Once the flooring is complete Kelly will finish off the baseboards. Final installation of the plumbing fixtures, electrical and hardware will follow.
